STAR Ratings Criteria

Each property within the Australian STAR Rating Scheme is assessed in accordance with a wide set of Standards, which cover three major areas:

1. Facilities & Services
2. Cleanliness
3. Quality & Condition

These Standards cover a number of areas which directly impact customer service experience, such as room service and reception opening hours, but do not cover such matters as staff attitude.
