The STARS  are registered Certification Trade Marks of AAA Tourism Pty Ltd. AAA Tourism is owned by Australia’s seven Auto Clubs (NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAA, RAC, RACT, AANT) and manages all the day to day running of the Australian STAR Rating Scheme.
AAA Tourism was set up in 1999 as the national tourism body of Australia’s Auto Clubs and has been diligently running and managing all the accommodation property assessments Australia-wide ever since.
AAA Tourism also compiles and publishes the official guides to Australian STAR Rated Accommodation: The National Accommodation Guide and the National Tourist Park Guide.
