Bayview Apartment is fully self contained. It is attached to Amani, the main house.

This property can be combined with Amani to become a larger holiday home. Amani and Bayview offer ‘pick of the crop’ sea views over Emu Bay and the surrounding landscape. The birdbath

attracts a wide variety of birdlife.

Bayview Apartment is private and has its own parking , entrance and soundproofed walls. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area.

The kitchenette offers all you need for your own cooking and a baby WebberQ makes cooking your BBQ a breeze. This property is ideal for singles or couples who want to enjoy the stunning, uninterrupted views over Emu Bay and the Wisanger Hills.

Cottage 3 is a cosy cottage set among the gum trees, with sea views of Emu Bay. It is very private and offers excellent value for holidaymakers. This cottage is very popular with couples who want a bit more space and a larger bed than the cabins.

You’ll find a queen size bed in the bedroom and sleeper couch in the lounge area. There is a well equipped kitchenette, separate bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The gas BBQ on the patio makes preparing meals easy.

The outdoor setting at Cottage 3 is the perfect spot for romantic drinks and nibbles!

Cottage 4 is great for a family as children have a separate bedroom. This accommodation is also ideal for two couples who want more privacy than our Rustic Cabins offer, but are budget conscious and don't need the space of Shalom or Jireh Houses.

Set amongst the gum trees, Cottage 4 offers views from the second bedroom and patio. The galley kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, making self-catering easy. The north-facing bedroom is a lovely sunny room in winter. Cottage 4 is close to our on-site cubby house, labyrinth and playground.

The Rustic Cabins have been renovated and have stunning sea views from the covered protected patio — the perfect spot for morning coffee or sun downers.

Amani House is the prime accommodation option at Emu Bay Holiday Homes. Its elevated position provides expansive views over Emu Bay Beach and the surrounding farmlands to Kingscote and all the way to Penneshaw. The large living area has space for all to enjoy the spectacular, ever-changing sea views. The big well-equipped kitchen makes entertaining a breeze and there is an inbuilt Miele dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed.

The two bathrooms are close to the bedrooms and one offers full wheelchair access. The main bathroom is three way - offers a shower and bath, separate vanity and separate toilet.

Amani sleeps a total of eight people. This accommodation can be combined with Bayview apartment with an interleading door.

An outside protected patio area is available for your BBQ with enough tables and chairs to cater for a larger group.

Perfectly situated for spectacular views of Emu Bay beach, Jireh House sits within the Emu Bay Holiday Homes complex. Complete with an oversized outside table, the long patio is a perfect spot to soak up the sunrise views with your morning coffee, glass of wine and cheese or evening meal as you watch the colours change over the water at sunset.

The property gives you your own space and you will find it very peaceful as you listen to the birds chattering in the garden. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen including Miele dishwasher, for your own meal preparation and easy clean-up, open plan dining and living area.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds; one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, the other with a queen bed and set of bunk beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and single bed. The main bathroom has a separate toilet and shower over the bath. The living area also has a sleeper couch, meaning Jireh House can accommodate a total of 10 people.

The on-site cubby house and other playground equipment just behind Jireh is a favourite with children. Koalas, echidnas and kangaroos frequent the property.

Shalom House is two bedroom holiday house set at the back of the Emu Bay Holiday Homes property, making it very quiet and private. It has great views over Emu Bay. It offers two bedrooms — one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed and bunk bed. The lounge area has a double sofa bed, TV and reverse cycle air conditioning.

The protected outside patio area with gas barbecue overlooks the bay. This spot is perfect for watching the colours change with the setting of the sun whilst having a sundowner or cooking your meals.

Shalom House is perfect for up to two couples or a family that needs space for the children. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. It is very peaceful, with chattering birds and koalas often in the trees just outside Shalom House. A place to truly relax and enjoy!
