Built in 1932, Kermandie offers boutique accommodation in the heart of the Huon Valley, Tasmania – just 50 minutes from Hobart. Recently renovated, the hotel blends old world charm with modern comforts. Cosy, character-filled ensuite bedrooms provide options for singles, couples and families. In the evening relax by the fire in our private guest lounge, before you join us for dinner.
Alternatively, right next door the Kermandie Lodge offers the flexibility of queen and twin accommodation along with self-contained Family Units.
Esperance a la carte restaurant serves carefully crafted meals featuring local produce. Local wines, beers and ciders are available on tap. Casual counter meals are also available from the bar. Esperance Restaurant is open 3 nights a week for dinner. The Bar is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
There are two function rooms available to book for meetings, conferences, intimate family gatherings or formal occasions such as weddings.
The Kermandie Marina and scenic Huon river are located right on our doorstep. Four-bedroom Kermandie House located on the Kermandie property.
Includes a full kitchen, living area, bathroom plus extra toilet, and a laundry.
Car parking outside the front door. The house contains 1 X Queen Room, 1 x Double Room, and 2 x 2 Singles in each room
Our Heritage style rooms are located on the first floor of the main Kermandie building. Each room has its own ensuite and access to a communal Guest Lounge. Rooms can accommodate from one person to four people (in our Family Rooms).
Motel-style accommodation adjacent to the main Kermandie building and wrapping up behind.
Lodge Queen Rooms all have their own ensuite, some with baths. Tea and Coffee facilities, fridge and toaster. Car parking outside your room.
Two Bedroom Units have their own bathrooms, all with bath. Full kitchen available in each unit, with living area. Car parking outside your room.
